Product prices are subject to change without notice. Buyers will pay the price of the product in force at the time of purchase.

Uncollected Deliveries
We are charging a restocking fee of 10 euro when the delivered packages are not picked up and they return to store.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods when you order online:
- All Credit Cards are accepted for online payment during checkout (processed securely with Stripe)
- All Credit Cards are accepted when you pick up from store.

Stock Updates
The number of products in stock on the website may not be 100% accurate at all times as the same products are being sold from our Store and the stock updates to site may take a while to update.
If the goods ordered are not available, we will notify the customer and issue a refund.
Cancellation / Return Policy
Cyprus legislation is applied:

- Legislation eCommerce N.156 (I) 2004 Amending N.97 (I) 2007
The consumer may, within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of submitting the order at our online store, to withdraw from the market products without giving any reasons and to deliver the goods in the condition delivered.
Any damage or decrease in value of products charged to the consumer.
The shipping costs of products reimbursable products charged to the consumer.
Our company within 14 days from the date on which they are notified of the withdrawal will refund all money paid by the consumer.
The shipping costs will be refunded only in case the product was defective.
The fees associated with the used payment method will not be refunded to customer (for example the COD part for the ACD delivery fee, the paypal commissions, etc)
The fees associated with the payment method that will be used for refund will be charged to consumer, reduced from the refunded amount.
If the delivery fee was waived during original purchase based on our policy of free shipping for purchases over a specific amount, the delivery fee will be retained from the refunded amount.
Replacement of purchased goods
The buyer has the right to replace the goods purchased by him/herself. In this case all the shipping cost and any difference between the old and new products paid by the buyer.
Rights and obligations of the seller
Liabilities:
We strictly obey the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. We protect our customers’ information. We deliver the ordered goods within the agreed time at the address indicated by the buyer.
Rights:
We reserve the right not to deliver the goods you ordered, if the address given is invalid or nonexistent. We are not responsible for the information set by the product manufacturer.
Rights and Obligations of the buyer
Liabilities:
You can submit a valid phone number, email address and address of delivery. Pay the price of products ordered. Be available, or have a representative available at the time of delivery. Do not modify any order. Not alter any criticism of the product or offer any other incorrect information.
Rights:
The customer has the right to receive the ordered products within that space of time.
